A business license issued by the City of Geneva is required for the privilege of doing any kind of business, trade, profession or other activity, by whatever name called within the city limits unless exempt under Alabama Code.

 

License must be purchased prior to opening or commencement of work.

 

License are valid through December 31st of each year. License must be renewed annually on or before the 31st day of January of each year.

 

The issuance of a business license is handled by the City Clerk's office.
